When *** signed up with our services we agree to help take her through a rehabilitation program with the agency holding her loansThese cases are very complicated and require us to submit timing monthly expense report items on behalf of the client but we didn't get all the proper documentation
from her quickly enough in order to execute this process for her in a timing manner therefor we weren't able to set up the rehab for herWe ask our clients to get this information back to us within a week and we got it back a couple weeks to late but since *** was possibly miss understood we will be happy to refund her $to resolve this issueWe just need *** call us so we can set up that arrangement with her.Thank you.Student Debt USA*** *** *** ***

After she signed up with us, we realized she was not eligible for the program we had enrolled her in (the Pay as you Earn repayment program). We called her to let her know this, as her monthly student loan payment would be vastly different under a different program, and she decided to cancel. We...
wanted to be completely transparent and told her immediately when we realized this. Right after contacting her, we issued a refund, and the issue was resolved.
