To Whom it may concern:We have completed agreed upon servicesMs [redacted] contacted us on 11/12/to inquire about her options to lower her student loan paymentAfter speaking with one of our representatives, she elected to move forward with our servicesWe CANNOT and DO NOT tell our clients that they are not required to make their existing student loan payments while we get everything set upPlease see the last paragraph of our Client Agreement, we have attached the copy that Ms [redacted] signed, acknowledging that she was responsible to make her existing paymentsThis client is NOT eligible for a refund, she actually owes us her last payment of $124.25, which we are going to waive since she is apparently not happy with our service Thank you, Public Relations Student Debt Relief Center

For starters, I have never received a copy of these terms, the address is incorrect, and that's not my signatureAs the recording says "This call/session may be monitored and recorded for record-keeping, training and quality assurance." I think you should listen to your messages of what Chris (ID [redacted] ) has told meIf he wouldn't have told me that, I wouldn't have agreeded to the paymentsI would have just called at a later time, but you have been avoiding meAfter telling Cheyenne about the problem, she told me someone from billing would contact me the next day which would have been 01/15/I've never received the callI've been calling and leaving messages since; yet, no one has reached out to respond

This Student Dept relief company has not provided the results/services in which I paid for They stated they would reduce/eliminate my student dept thru their program The cost was $and the gladly took my money, yet I am still don't have results It's been over a year, and still no results and when I asked for my refund they stopped calling me

Hello,This customer did in fact receive these documents via E-Mail, completing the signatures electronicallyHere are the case entries from our file on the day that they were sent and signed several hours later on 11/23/She would have had to open the E-Mail, verify her identity by answering security questions then complete the signatures. I contacted this company and gave them all information necessary to help me lower my student debtOnce I made my first payment and set up other payments of $I never heard from them againThey were suppose to contact me to let me know what they got my loans lowered toI never got a call or an emailBefore my payment in janruary was debited by them I tried calling hours in advance, like I was suppose to, to stop paymentThe number said it had been disconnected or was out of orderIt said that for daysI also emailed the company twiceI have continued to call and the phone rings and I leave messages, but have yet to have anyone contact me backThey are currently trying to debit my account for the February payment of $They have not held up their end of the contract and need to stop debiting my account

I feel compelled to say thank you to the folks at SDRC for helping me with my student loans. [redacted] wouldn't give me a clear answer to what my options were and SDRC stepped in and made the process of applying for a consolidation simple! Thank you!
