Dear [redacted] : We are pleased to hear that per your conversation with our Sales Manager, [redacted] , this morning the matter has been cleared up and you will be receiving a full refund As [redacted] explained, the reason for the increase in your loan payment amount was because the original package submitted to the DOE that you provided us with, included your tax returnThe new loan payment amount was based on the income from your tax returnSince we submitted your application, you filed your tax returns that recorded an increase in income, higher than incomeThe DOE used your most recent tax return to verify income instead of your tax return in your original application; therefore, the new loan payment amount became higher than what was originally expected I know we tried multiple times yesterday to reach you and explain why the payment came out higher due to tax return increase in your income which we were unaware of We are very sorry we were unable to reach you prior to submitting your complaint with the Revdex.com to investigate with you what had happened until now but we are happy the issue has been cleared up and that your full refund is being processed immediately We truly appreciate your business and please contact us if you have any more questions Student Consolidation Aid

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Again - I cannot write in the body and it is now allowing me to do it and I have tried everythingcopy paste link etcI do not wish to say anything else but that I am still not happy with the fact that they say there was some confusion There was no confusion I took very good notes and I know exactly what this company is doing and what they are not doing for their customersThank you

Dear [redacted] : We apologize for any confusionPer your earlier conversation today with our staff member, we have issued you a full refund which will appear in your bank account within the next 3-business daysJust so you have peace of mind, we did follow our services contact and submit your request for Forbearance to the lender on 1/29/at 2:56pm with a successful transmittal in the notesIt is possible the current lender had not yet processed your request when you spoke with themWe do cover this on the Quality Control call that customers need to make regular payments until they receive an acceptance letter from their current lenderThank you for your business and we are sorry to see you go Best Regards, Student Consolidation Aid

Dear [redacted] :Our sincere apologies that you had an unpleasant experience over the phone with [redacted] . He is an upstanding representative and we have not had previous complaints but we have filed yours in his HR file. We appreciate your feedback. We attempted to contact you directly to... extend our apologies for your interpretation of the phone call with Mr. [redacted] .We are sorry you did not see the value in our services and therefore; you did not become a customer of ours. And, we are sorry for your perception of the document preparation for student consolidation industry as a whole; but they are unfounded as it relates to our specific Company's business practices. Our Company is a performance –based model, which means we do not receive any customer fees until the services have been performed. We work with a 3rd party payment provider who debits customers bank accounts and holds that money in an FDIC insured trust account held in the that customer’s name. The customer may at anytime, withdraw that money without penalty. Once we perform each stage of services, we submit to the 3rd party payment provider verification of services performed at which time the payment provider releases that portion of the customer’s fees to our Company. There is way – out of principal and good business sense – that we would deceive or mislead any consumer. Again, we are performance-based, we do not receive our fees from the 3rd party payment provider until we do the job that the customer has hired us to do, and this is verified by the payment provider. Our business model is designed to be 100% motivated to complete the services we present and offer. Please feel free to contact me directly with any additional questions regarding this matter.

Dear *** ***:
First off, we apologize for any misunderstanding regarding our service contract and how our fees
are earned as services are renderedWe are a performance-based business
that means we only collect fees after stages of services have been completedDuring your conversations with us, we attempted to explain but again I apologize if our attempts at explaining were unclearWhen you spoke with our Manager after your Revdex.com feedback, from my understanding, it became clear as to how our service contract and fee collection readsAnd, you were satisfied with the outcome of that call
We have issued you a full refund of the balance you requested
We want you and all of our customers to be happy and satisfied
with our services; even though we did do the work to earn the portion of fees which are now being refunded to you
Our research shows that we received incorrect income information
during our initial consultation with you, so when the supporting documentation
was received to verify the income that was given verbally, there was a
discrepancy with the quote
As a result, we were unable to provide you with the original quote
based on the discrepancy with the income information that was initially provided
Your full refund has been issued and mailed to youPlease contact
us in the future if you would like further assistance with your student loans
as we value your business
Thank you,
Student Consolidation Aid

We provide valuable services, we have many satisfied customers who send referrals because they were so pleased with our servicesWe are a proud member of the Revdex.com which we have elected to be in membership with so we can have this type of forum to communicateWe are proud of what we do.We are a performance-based service and our customers have their own escrow account where their money is saved until we complete our phases of servicesWe do not receive money until we do our job according to the customer contractWe have a 100% money back guarantee. We prepare and submit student loan consolidation documents to the Department of EducationWe monitor your file until your Consolidation is Complete, we help with any discrepancies if they pop up during the processWe are full-service.Again, we are sorry for any confusion regarding ours services and the bad experience you had with the enrollment agentAgain, we have taken action to correct that with the individual.Best of luck to you and we are sorry we were unable to serve you.Student Consolidation Aid

Dear *** ***:
Thank you for bringing this very important matter to our attentionPer your
conversation with our Manager, today, there appears to have been a clerical
error made regarding which program to place you into when the DOE processed
your application and therefore, caused the payment discrepancy
We are working for you to correct this matter ASAP, thank
you for your understanding and patience as we handle this for you. As our Manager said, we will be emailing you the necessary paperwork to make the correction and keep you updated until we reach a full and satisfactory resolution
We
appreciate your business and value your time!
Thank
you for agreeing to retract this Revdex.com complaint once this is corrected
Sincerely,

Their response was that they are a business that prepares documents That is NOT what they say They say that they will prepare the documents for a fee - THEN they the new student loan company will just send me a letter after a few months to set up my new payments. They are trying to say in their response that they TOLD me that they were ONLY doing the documents and I needed to do the rest That is NOT what they told me. Further - when I called to cancel this service the man on the phone was very rude and said that I was doing myself a disservice and that he was helping me to pay of my loans quicker than what I already had My loans were to be paid off in years but I just couldn't afford my payments When I tried to cancel he was then telling me that he was making it so my payments were done quicker - which is not the truth and not even possible He was literally going back on everything that he had said to me previously I wrote down all figures that he gave me because I did want to make sure that when I started making payments on my "new loan" that they were what was promised to me. I have already gotten my money back from this company I just want others to know that they are not doing what they say they will do and that they are just taking your money for a service that is free of charge. Thank you very much for reaching out to me so that I could give you my response. Thank you*** ***

Dear *** * ***:Please accept our apologies for any misunderstanding regarding your refund requestPer your conversation with our Manager last Friday, your refund was processed and you will receive it this week. Thank you for the opportunity to work with you, we appreciate your business

Dear [redacted]: We apologize for any confusion. Per your earlier conversation today with our staff member, we have issued you a full refund which will appear in your bank account within the next 3-5 business days. Just so you have peace of mind, we did follow our services contact...

and submit your request for Forbearance to the lender on 1/29/2015 at 2:56pm with a successful transmittal in the notes. It is possible the current lender had not yet processed your request when you spoke with them. We do cover this on the Quality Control call that customers need to make regular payments until they receive an acceptance letter from their current lender. Thank you for your business and we are sorry to see you go.  Best Regards, Student Consolidation Aid

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Per our conversation and the written response I was told I would received a "Full Refund".  I should have recieved $246.89 and only received $174.75.  I am still owed $72.14.  That is not what we agreed on.
Regards,
[redacted]

Dear [redacted]:
We are pleased to hear that per your conversation with our Sales Manager, [redacted], this morning the matter has been cleared up and you will be receiving a full refund.
As [redacted] explained, the reason for the increase in your loan payment amount was...

because the original package submitted to the DOE that you provided us with, included your 2013 tax return. The new loan payment amount was based on the income from your 2013 tax return. Since we submitted your application, you filed your 2014 tax returns that recorded an increase in income, higher than 2013 income. The DOE used your most recent 2014 tax return to verify income instead of your 2013 tax return in your original application; therefore, the new loan payment amount became higher than what was originally expected.
I know we tried multiple times yesterday to reach you and explain why the payment came out higher due to 2014 tax return increase in your income which we were unaware of.
We are very sorry we were unable to reach you prior to submitting your complaint with the Revdex.com to investigate with you what had happened until now but we are happy the issue has been cleared up and that your full refund is being processed immediately.
We truly appreciate your business and please contact us if you have any more questions.

Dear [redacted]: Let me apologize in advance for any confusion. We are a document preparation company that prepares Federal student loan consolidation applications for customers for a doc prep fee. Much like, you would pay a tax preparer for submitting your taxes; even though that is...

something you could do on your own for free.  Our HR department has spoken with the enrollment specialist that misinformed you of our refund policy. Per our Service Agreement, customers are entitled to a full refund at anytime if they are not satisfied with the services. I understand from our Accounting department that you revoked your payment so there is no refund due and you've been paid back in full. Again, we are sincerely sorry for any confusion and wish you the best. Thank you for your business and we are sorry you did not see the value in our services. Best  regards,Student Consolidation Aid
