To [redacted] reference ID# [redacted] Hello we contacted this customer by phone and resolved this to exceed her expectationsThis complaint was a misunderstanding that the customer had about how our services worked and how to use themWe explained that we had not yet begun to assist herThat the charge she was concerned about was not a charge but an authorization placed on the debit card and that the hold and the process is all explained in detail on our website.She acknowledged that this was a misunderstanding and acknowledges.To ensure the customer was happy we reversed the authorization on her account why we were on the phone and confirmed that she was happyWe did not charge anything for the services.She said that she was happy and would confirm that this was merely a misunderstanding back to the Revdex.com.Please let us know if there is anything we can do to ensure our rating stays at A PlusThank you Derek F [redacted] - President of Medical Cost Advocate - [redacted] ***
