*** *** ***We thank you for your communication with the Revdex.com. After investigating this repair, I find that your vehicle had to be diagnosed by several departs to find the problemThe first day, we did put you in the standard vehicle rental while your vehicle was being repaired
*** stated on the second day you came and upgraded to a truck which was an additional amount per day plus taxesWhen the problem was diagnosed, parts had to be ordered before repairs were completedWe apologize that the vehicle was delivered to you dirty*** states he did immediately send your *** to the back to be detailed and then it was returned to you. I am sorry for the inconvenience this caused you. We will be glad to send you a gift certificate to have an additional detail performed on your *** the next visit to our dealership. Mr*** wanted the *** *** *** radio. Our Customer Service Representative, Julie, was trying to help this customer. A radio was purchased for $1,to meet the customer's needs. The customer even was willing to pay the $difference . However, when we
received the radio and called *** to activate it, we were informed that it was an illegal action to trade out these radios. We were told by *** that what the truck was built with, is what it has on it. If the customer was to go to an outside vendor, it could possibly void his warrantyWe offered for him the chance to purchase another truck. As stated before there would be a difference in price in the different packages on the vehicle (depending on what he choose)The customer was understanding of the situation when talking to our store representative. You are correct the upgrade wasn't included in the original vehicleHowever, your saleslady said that if we do the $nav upgrade the features I am looking for are includedIt was agreed upon by all parties that the upgrade would be done for the final sales price of the vehicleThus, the final sales price included the $upgrade. Now we all know that the correct features were not included in the upgradeTo close this out I am willing to meet in the middle of $and $at $If you want to accept this final figure, I will agree and we can close this ticketAny less of a value I will continue to reject and leave the complaint unresolved. Mr.[redacted] has a third party extended warranty not through our dealership. His policy did not cover all the labor and parts needed to repair his vehicle. Also, they did not pay full labor rate. Mr. [redacted] was aware of this and gave authorization to move forward with repair. He agreed to pay the...

Tomball Dodge has reviewed Mr. Finattos complaint. We understand he is not happy with the product and we would be glad to refund his money. We do need a little more information from Mr. Finatto and will reach out to him to finalize the refund.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  i spoke with [redacted] at the dealer and was told they would do the labor for $125 an hr due to the warranty company only covering $100 as well as 11.5 instead of the 14hrs they first quoted and found to be excessive my part would be $287.50 per [redacted] as well as they broke the oil drain tube when they disassembled the truck but said I had to pay for it. When I asked about the drain tube I was told it was just one of those things they could not foresee but I still was stuck paying for an item that was fine but damaged due to their negligence.
