Review: I submitted a "contact us" form about a month ago through the company website and have not heard anything back, from an actual response to an automated response that my request was received. I bought a pair of 50/50 boots about a year ago and they are completely stretched out and uncomfortable to wear based on what I paid. I would like these to be fixed or to receive a replacement pair.Desired Settlement: Either a gift card for the amount paid for the boots or for the boots to be repaired. At this point, I would like to just buy a different style of boots so this problem doesn't persist.
