Came out the same day. Josh persisted in resolving the problem, despite the extra time and effort required.

Review: On Tuesday, October 20, 2015, I had Stuart Services come to my residence, under Stuart Services Job # [redacted], to fix a garbage disposal that was not turning on and have a plumbing video done. Tech. Rodney advised he could attempt to fix the garbage disposal or replace it if he could not fix it. Money was not a concern, I just wanted it fixed and working properly. Rodney stated he was able to fix the garbage disposal and I would not need a new garbage disposal. Conducted the plumbing video and left the residence.On Tuesday, October 27, 2015, my fiance found water leaking from underneath our kitchen sink. Opened the cabinet and discovered the entire cabinet was covered in water and the water damaged the interior of the cabinet. We noticed the garbage disposal had been fixed, but Rodney did not tighten the pipe properly after fixing the garbage disposal. In return, water has been shooting into the kitchen cabinet every time we have used the garbage disposal for the past seven days! Receipt said customer satisfaction guaranteed or your money back.Figured no problem, will call and have them fix the loose pipe from the poor job they did. Called the business and left a message on the emergency line. Within fourteen minutes I received a call back, I though, "GREAT, fast response!" Explained the situation and the man stated that I did not have a warranty for the job so it was not their responsibility or problem to fix. I asked if they would fix the job they messed up and he stated no and that the Tech. Rodney specifically wrote on the work order that the job came with no warranty or promises! My problem was not that the garbage disposal did not work! Tech. Rodney fixed that, but he did not tighten the pipe and water shoots out everywhere. Stuart Services does not live up to their name, ruined my kitchen cabinet and refuses to help me in any way. Satisfaction guarantee or your money back, but only if they write warranty on the receipt. False advertisement!!!Desired Settlement: Tighten the pipe and since they want to be rude about it, I'd like my money back as advertised!

Case # 10881632 – in response to your letter dated 11/24/2015. [redacted] We have received your letter with Mr. [redacted] statement. We do in fact have a money back guarantee but there are certain restrictions that apply. Our technician wrote on the invoice that the disposal work would not be under warranty. We had an option to replace the disposal which would have come with a parts and labor warranty. The reason the technician put “no warranty” is due to the age and condition of the disposal. The technician did not touch the piping under the sink, he only unjammed the disposal. We cannot be responsible for existing piping installed by someone else that may not be installed correctly, weak not properly sealed etc. I have attached a copy of our warranty. We will consider a refund but we would first have to come out and look at the pipes that leaked. Secondly if it has been repaired we would need a copy from who ever made the repairs to stop the leak to see what the problem was. I have used Stuart Services for electrical, plumbing, A/C and heating needs over the years. Their staff, without exception, is excellent! The service is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. When I call Stuart Services, I know that whatever I need done will be done right.

I found Stuart Services through google and did not know what to expect. They were quick to reply and courteous. They gave me a 4-hour window of time to expect their visit as well as 30-minutes notice before they showed up, so I knew how to plan my day around their visit. The plumber was very thorough and friendly. I feel he did a good job and went above and beyond by checking on our hot water heater, which luckily is in okay shape considering its age. I hope to not need a plumber again any time soon, but when I do, I will absolutely call Stuart Services again.

Josh F. was very helpful and suggested a couple of possible ways to remedy our plumbing problem. He was honest and up front with the process and seemed genuinely concerned about helping us fix the problem correctly without spending money unnecessarily.

Patrick [redacted] was professional, prompt, and courteous. He was patient while diagnosing my electrical problem, and remedied the issue quickly.

I highly recommend him for any electrical service needs.

I feel that it is necessary for me to call attention to a representative of your company who made a service call to my home on 9/17/15.

His name is Scott M. and within the first couple of minutes of his arrival I felt like he was an old friend sent here to solve what previously seemed to be an insurmountable problem.

He immediately found our plumbing problem, outlined the solution, and put the plan into action to fix it.

I will refer you company to anyone who needs plumbing assistance.

Scott displayed superior professional expertise. His personal and professional demeanor made a very difficult time far less stressful.

These guys know what they are doing. My wife and I have experienced issues with our tankless water heater since we bought the house (4 years ago). We continued to call the builder with each issue who directed us to the plumber who installed the device (not Stuart Services) only to learn that the plumber didn't know anything about the water heater or how to fix it. One visit from Josh F and Mike G at Stuart Services and they quickly diagnosed the problem, which had to do with its initial installation. Unfortunately it was not fixable as we had to replace the device but we had the security knowing that this time it was being installed correctly, plus we have warranty on the product now and we were able to finance - 12 months interest free. I'd recommend Stuart Services to anyone who's having issues with their tankless water heater or who's interested in replacing their water heater with a tankless.

These guys do great work. I called and was told when someone would come, when they were going to be a little late due to a problem with the client before me, I was called and an apology was issued and a new time given. Patrick [redacted] came only 45 minutes after he was initially supposed to come. I got great advice, he throroughly checked my problem, waited to make sure it wouldn't happen again and said he would be glad to return if needed.

Scott M was friendly and professional. He completed the job in a timely manner and explained everything. Thanks Scott.

Review: The biggest mistake we have made since owning our home is hiring Stuart Services for our plumbing. An even bigger mistake was hiring them after we had just installed $1,500 worth of new flooring in our kitchen. After water came gushing out of the new plumbing which they had installed, they initially refused to stand by their work. I fought them on it, pointing out their "guarantee." They came back to recognize the mistake and fix what they admitted to being a faulty installation. After pointing out the severe water damage on our floor I was referred to the "quality control department" leading me to believe they would make right on the damage to our floor. I've spent several weeks going back and fourth with them - sending pictures, receipts, and always being asked for more information. In the end, they have told me they the company is not willing to take responsibility for the damaged floors - event after two of their employees have admitted that the company is at fault. The above only mentions the damage to our home - but the water issues also damaged our neighbors ceiling downstairs, which Stuart Services has completely refused to address.Desired Settlement: 100% refund for the work completed, $1,439 reimbursement for the floor material that was installed, and paying for new material and labor of new floor installation to replace damaged flooring.

We have been working with Mr. [redacted] to resolve an issue for a month now. Last week Mr. [redacted] settled with us for $600 check. We have never received any letter or email form the Revdex.com concerning this complaint. Our Service Manager Donald H[redacted] has been personally [redacted]ling Mr. [redacted] from the 1st day he called about his issue so I am not sure why the customer would even go to the Revdex.com. Donald has met Mr. [redacted] at his residence twice to view the damage and to meet a contractor there to get an estimate for repairs. I would like whatever letter he has sent removed from our record and confirmation that it has been done. See the attached release signed by Mr. [redacted].

It's ten years post-Katrina and it seems like a wave of water heaters are ceasing to function properly. Ours was the latest of our family and friends to go. With it we saw a chance to make a move to a tankless water heater.

Eddie came over and laid out our options and initially we were going to just go with another tanked heater. When I asked about the tankless and heard what he had to say I was ready to do it.

Although it happened to go out just before Thanksgiving we were able to get it installed before the holiday arrived. Eddie set things up got things rolling and Josh finished things up. It was a big job but they did a great job. When they were done we had infinite amounts of hot water, more room in the laundry, and things were so well cleaned up that it looked like it had always been there.

I've used Stuart Services for countless things and will continue to do so.

I recently had a tank-less water heater installed at my house and Josh was the first plumber on the scene. Josh answered all my questions and explained how everything was going to be put together. The water, gas and electric lines going into the heater mounted outside the house really looks great - like it should have been all along. Josh is a great plumber who works for a great company - Stuart Services.

Service was prompt. Josh diagnosed the problem, informed me of the next steps and fixed the problem quickly.

I had some electrical work done on my home on November 28, 2015. From the courteous secretary to the electrician, it was a pleasant experience. The electrician (Patrick) was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly and was on time to start working. I would recommend Stuart Services to my relative and friends. I also need some plumbing work done and I will call Stuart Services again.

Stuart Services promptly scheduled plumbing services at my home. Eddie F. arrived on-time and completed all plumbing tasks efficiently! My house looked cleaner after he left! :) I highly recommend Stuart Services!

Scott did some fine work.

Had a major house re-pipe performed. Eddie, Rodney and Zach handled the job. They were all prompt and professional. The work was done is a very professional manner and they were neat and clean in how the work was done. Very Satisfied.

While at my mother's house to address a potential medical problem, I discovered that 3 plumbing issues had also arisen since the previous evening. Stuart Services was able to have a technician at the house within an hour. Scott was professional, personable, efficient and effective. He had the issues diagnosed and resolved quickly, making my difficult day immeasurably better.

Stuart came to do their twice-a-year maintenance check. Chris thoroughly checked the AC components, hosed the outdoor compressor and cleared the drainage line.
