Today 04/13/I made a call to discuss a letter I received from AZ Stuart-Lippman and Associates and the team manager Mrs*** didn't quite get her name the first time, which her service was terrible when I asked about a payment plan she was real sappy and rude but let me know $down payment and $monthly billing on $She spoke on her position and being the collector she had power to deny a payment plan and charge the whole amountAnd clearly her office seat goes to her head cause she said she was terminating the call and hung up
So I called Statefarm and let them know what just happened and they where very helpful and told me it shouldn't be a problem on payments it's not like I am paying $so they informed me I have a right to speak to the management of the company , and would you believe she was itAnd refuse to answer every time there receptionist put us throughVery child like and I will be following up with Mrs*** tomorrow and so on , for her job is to collect the money in a reasonable fashion not blow itAnd I thought I was being responsible trying to pay itSo overall, her attitude, manners and mouth was nasty Claim number XXXXXXXX
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
