Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The business owner is only giving a partial truthHe did not move on the contract until I had contracted him several timesHe would keep putting us off and would not start at stated timesIt took me two business days to get the permit once his foreman committed to the projectHis project foreman is the one who finally took action to work the projectI still will not recommend his business to anyone due to the lack of communication between us and putting off the project for such a long period of time Sincerely, [redacted]
The reason it took a while to get the job moving is because Mr [redacted] was supposed to get a permit and he did not so we had to wait to finish the work until that was doneWe did take care of the work and the job is completed and all is resolvedIf you contact Mr [redacted] he will say the same thing

This is *** ***, with Stuart Lawn and Land, LLCWe have recieved this complaint and would like to ask Mrs*** what she would like us to do? I can come out and move all her rock out, replace her weed barrier with stronger
strength barrier, and have her inspect the work upon final completion, I can start and complete this friday, November 6th Would this satisfy Mrs***, if so I can schedule this

Since making the complaint, I did receive a response from the business and we did make a plan for moving forwardThe business came out and rectified the issues as best as possible although these issues should have never occurred in the first place as they are well aware. At this point I am satisfied that we have rectified the problems as well as can be expected and I consider this resolved

I am shocked that we received this complaint. We just finished the driveway not too long ago and we are waiting on the second payment. If you contact Mr. [redacted] he will tell you the issue is resolved.
