The voucher from the company was purchased 08/06/2015, 7 months ago, NOT 2 years.
The voucher had no expiration date.
I don't believe any of the rest of it, as if it were true, he would have had only to instruct his cashier to reduce the bill by the purchased amount.
The company from which I purchased the voucher has sent notification they would refund the purchase price, of which I have not yet received.
I just have to wonder how many others have experienced the same with this establishment.
