Hi [redacted] you were handling this case for me which started back in late summer, im going to assume this has been closed because the business did respond to me on the last day of the complaint deadline to ask me for three more weeks to complete the service, I agreed to his request and figured he would follow thru, it has now been three months and I have not received my item and also he has ignored my email and there has been no communication since sept 12th, now that he didn't follow thru as promised and the original case number has closed how do I start the complaint over again against him?
