Review: I placed an order back on February 1, 2015 for a G300 T-Top, Electronics box, 4 Rod Holders, and 3 Universal Brackets. I finally recieved the T-Top and Rid Holders in April, approx. 3 months after the order. All I recieved has the structure of the t-top (no canvas top). I have made numerous phone calls with false time frames of delievry of the remaining items. I finally recieved the canvas top on April 20th. I was also told the remaining items should be to me by April 30th. I contacted them on April 30th to find out the status on teh remaining. I was then told my electronic box will be to me on May 1st and the universal mounts will be another 2 weeks. This company has not delieverd on time with any time frame they have given me. The only time frame they meet is when they have actually shipped the items to you. I have had numerous delivery dates I should be expecting to get my items, but not ONE is correct. They had no problem charging me for all my items, but it has taken over 3 months and my order with them is still not fully complete. I was never informed prior to placing my order that there would be a 3 month delay of receiving my order.Desired Settlement: All I ask for is for my remaining items (3 Universal Mounts) to be delivered to me no later than MAY 14th. As soon as they recieve the mounts I want them overnighted. I think thats the least they could do for their excessive delay in delivering of products paid for 3 months ago.

Please be advised I have now recieved all my items I ordered for Stryker T-Tops and no longer need compaint [redacted] pursued. I would however, like to inform you this company has taken approximately 4 months to fulfill my order with many false dates given. This company will never be recommended by me to anybody. They have poor customer service and business practice. There product is of nice quality, but with the way they run their business will never allow them to be successful long. Thanks for your time
Review: I placed an order through the website www.strykerttops.com on March 21, 2015 and as of today 6/5/2015 have not received all of my order. I received side and top frames finally on May 28, 2015 after many emails and phone calls but then told I would recieve my canvas top a week later and then the accessories after another 2-3 weeks. Stryker's web site leads you to believe that materials are in inventory ready to ship with free 7 day shipping. A week prior to receiving this partial order I received an email saying my order had shipped. History: A week after placing order I was informed my order would ship at the end of April as they were backordered. Many other excuses and delays since then. They use words like "should be delivered" and will never give you a hard date. End of April came and they told me it would now be end of May. When end of May came finally I received an email saying my order had shipped. A week later I received only 2 of the 7 pieces I ordered. I called and was told the canvas would ship in one week and the accessories in 2-3 weeks. Yesterday I was told the accessories now will be the end of June and canvas ships a week after top is shipped.. Today is over a week past delivery and I still have not recieved my Canvas or an email stating it has been shipped. On my online account at Stryker it has been showing since April 25, 2015 that my order had shipped and my order was complete. Stryker claims that this is not the true shipping system and that they are waiting for ships to arrive, waiting on customs, back ordered, among other excuses and constant lack of communication regarding my order. I have had to ask for every amount of information from them as they do not contact you giving you any information about your order. I encourage everyone out there who is dealing with these same problems to file a formal complaint with the Revdex.com. What stryker is doing is just plain wrong. Worst purchasing experience ever.Desired Settlement: I want what I now have been waiting 3 1/2 months for, my Canvas and remaining order ASAP without further excuses and half truths. I want it overnighted and want it now. Stryker took my money on 3/21/15 and has failed to deliver in a timely manner. I want Stryker to advertise on their website that the tops they sell are not in stock and warn consumers of the massive amount of time it will take to receive their goods. I want Stryker to give consumers a true shipping date and give regular updates as to the status of their orders, especially if they cannot make delivery as planned. I want Stryker to update their web account to show the true status of their delivery and not their internal system so people truly know the status of their orders. I want Stryker to show all feedback on their website, site says 4.9 out of 5 stars, not a single complaint on their website but lots on the internet. Be truthful, be honest, and have integrity.

Ordered t-top May, 2015 and it is now September, 2015 and yet to have all of my parts to install top. Poor customer service and was given false information over and over again.
Review: Ordered a top on 1/30/2015 and received confirmation and notification it would be shipped to my by mid March. Payment was processed immediately and never heard anything else about the status of the top. 3/17/2015 when I spoke with online chat support I was told that now it would be mid to late April before they would be shipping due to "some major port congestion on the west coast". I communicated that this was not acceptable and was told "We have two options sir. You either want the products and wait. Or at anytime you can cancel for a full refund". I chose to get a refund as around 45 days had already passed since placing my order where it is stated we have fast 7 day ground shipping. I was told that it would be 3-10 days to receive a refund.Desired Settlement: I feel that I should be refunded the $1,549.00 plus the interest I would have gained on this money for 55 days. How can site's like this be allowed to operate???

We will gladly send the customer a cheque for $25 re tape interest as requested. The $1549.00 has already been credited. A cheque will be mailed on 5-7-15.
I would recommend staying away from this company. They charged my credit card on the day of my order for $1149, but did not begin shipping products to me until 40 days later. At 70 days later, I still do not have enough of the order (only have the frame) to assemble the t-top on my boat.
If you call them, you will hear nothing but excuses. One part comes from Florida (the canvas) so shipping delays from China don't even make sense for that part, nor should these Chinese shipping delays be an ongoing story for months and months -- wouldn't the company learn from this and stop taking orders if they know they are months behind?
What a joke of an operation. They should not continue taking orders and charging credit cards if they cannot deliver their product in a timely manner. That's just plain dishonest.
Review: I ordered a T-Top SG 600 on 5-26-15 and have yet to receive all my products. I am still missing 1) universal mount 2) 2 removable grab handles 3) Rocket Launcher 5 rod holder. I have been promised delivery on numerous dates that have passed, every time I call/e-mail I get the same standard line.Desired Settlement: On Sept. 29 2015 when I contacted them after being told I would have my pieces by end of month I was informed it will now be after Oct. 21st. I would either like my products over night to me or I gave them the option of putting $272.89 back into my credit card account which they took May 26th 2015.I will go elsewhere to by my supplies.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ever! I ordered the special where you get the rocket launcher, electronics box, 2 universal mounts and free shipping. I ordered it in Feb of 2015 because my father and I co-owned a 21 cc that needed a T-top. In April I received the T-Top only. After calling customer service they agreed I should have gotten the rest of the items but it was my fault I didn't put the right items in the cart even though I clicked on the link for the special . It put the T-Top in my shopping cart and let me pick the sunbrella color, again they agreed I should have gotten the other items. I called once a month and each time I was told an estimated shipping date approximately 30 days from the date I called. Month after month I didn't receive it. One month in the fall of 2015 I actually got two letters saying that due to manufacturing defects in the rocket launcher and Electronics box (two letters the same day) that my shipment would be further delayed. So after 7 months of being told its coming next month I should believe there are manufacturing flaws in an aluminum welded item and a fiberglass box with speakers.
In late fall, early winter I finally received the rocket launcher and electronic box.
Review: I ordered the striker t-top ES 3000 on June 26, 2015 I should've received an electronic box tow grab handles antenna mount and a navy blue canvas top I received only the t-top on July 25 2015 upon calling striker T tops I was told that the order would take another 2 to 3 weeks to receive as of August 6 I only received the t-top and the antenna mount every time I talk to customer service I get the same or 2 to 3 weeks for delivery it's been over six weeks and have not received all your items that I purchased on June 26, 2013
Monday, July 27 I called Stryker t-top to get an update on when my other items would be delivered I was told by [redacted] that my canvas top would ship out within a week that it was being manufactured in the state of Florida and drop shipped to my home all I want is all the items that I purchased on June 26, 2015Desired Settlement: On August 6 I talked with striker to top customer service and told them that if all my items were not delivered by August 12, 2013 did I will get my credit card company involved

Placed my order in August 2015, and its now November. I still haven't received my entire order, but if you look on the website it says shipped. Terrible business, terrible customer service. I do not recommend this company.
Review: I ordered and paid in full a T-Top package on December 28th 2014. I noticed the money was taken from my account but did not receive a confirmation of the order until march of 2015. I have not received my complete order as of 27 July 2015. I have been waiting for the shipment of the electronics box as the last item. I have complained numerous times and received 2 defective grab handles for the initial wait. I have asked them to respond many times to let me know when I will receive the last item. I was told by [redacted] that I would have the last item by the end of june, but now the whole shipment was defective and new ones have to be received which I think is a total lie. I sent my last email today requesting 2 of their speaker pods as a measure of good faith for the almost 8 months of waiting.Desired Settlement: I want to know what day exactly the items will arrive, they be overnighted to my address, the tracking number be provided and a set of Product Code: STKSP4-100AN be shipped at the exact same time no later than the 15th of August 2015. it would sell out TTOPS and also give away certain items that would
accompany the TTOP. These items were Electronic Boxes, Rod Holders,
etc.. The demand was much greater than expected and we also had
delivery issues with the ports of Long Beach over the last several
months. We are in the process of getting caught up with these
promotional items and the customer should have within the next week or
two. We deeply apologize for the delay in these products.
Review: I am very displeased to have to post this. I received a shipment from Stryker after waiting 42 days only to realize that over half of my order was not shipped (missing)! With the up most respect I am asking where are my products that I have paid for? I only received the tubing which is absolutely useless without a top to put on it. I have made hundreds of purchases online and have never received this type of service from a company. I have not been informed on any process or progress of my order (packaging / shipping / delivery date / tracking #). I am hoping that this is a one-time mistake and not your normal operating procedure but with the more research I do the more I am beginning to think that this an ongoing process.. Can you please help me receive the items that I have purchased. I have contacted Stryker via email and telephone with no resolve. They cannot inform me with any info regarding my current orders (Date and Time) of when my outstanding items will be shipped along with a tracking numbers. I get the same response every time I contact them. It usually sounds like " I see your orders here Mr. [redacted] and it should be shipped out in the next 2-3 weeks". They will never give me a hard date and always use vague descriptions such as "should be" or "around". When I purchased my T-Top there website states 5-7 Fed-Ex Ground shipping. Leading a consumer to believe that your product should be received in 1 to 2 weeks. I purchased my T-Top on June 23, 2015. I was originally told that it would ship the first week of July. I was then told that it would be two weeks before it would ship. I finnaly received a package from them on August 5th. Only to realize that I was missing half of my order. After another phone call I am being told "another 2 weeks".I am stuck in limbo until I can completely install my electronics and safety devises back on my boat. Which can't be done until my T-Top is mounted and secured. Thank you again for your help with this issueDesired Settlement: I would like to receive my purchased products ASAP. No more "next week or should be's". I would like a date and time (with tracking#) of my parcels shipment. I would like Stryker to be upfront about the delays and stand by there statement "We are VERY CONCERNED with your SATISFACTION".

Review: On march 13 2015 I place an order over the phone for a 7boat tee top complete with rod holders 2 mounting brackets and electronics box the payment was made in full with a credit card at time of purchasefor the amount of $1318.00. The person on the phone told me it would be about 6 to 8 weeks for the order to ship in full. Review: I placed my order for the SG600 T-Top for my Frontier 190 bay boat on 7/9/15 under the assumption that their claims for free 7 day ground delivery meant that I would receive my order within the next 7-10 days. Their confirmation email also states that an email would be sent when the order has been shipped. After 2 weeks I still had not received a shipment email so I sent an them an email on 7/23. The representative answering my email stated that the order will be shipped first week of August and there was nothing they could do. I called to complain on 7/23 but did not get anywhere with them. To my surprise I received two large blue boxes out of the blue on July 29th. I assumed that the rest of order would be coming in within a day or two so I inventoried what I received and found that the only thing missing was the actual canvas top, 5 rod rocket launcher, electronics box, 2 grab handles, and universal mount. I began and completed the installation of the frame for the T-Top (great product). On July 31st, I still had not received the rest of my order so I made another call to Stryker. Again they told me my order was on back order for another 2 weeks. After waiting for 2 weeks I called them again for an update. Again I was told another 2 weeks. No explanations were given. I again complained because now it has been nearly 6 weeks since I ordered and paid for the product. I asked to speak to a supervisor but none was present. I left a message. I decided to do further research and found numerous complaints on other boating forums from customers who were going through the exact same problems as I. Same excuses also. Some of them have been waiting for over 4 months. Stryker takes payment knowing that they do not have your product in stock yet they don't tell the customer that. Had the company told me when making the order about their apparent ongoing order issues I would have waited to begin installation of the t-top. Now I have a frame with no shadeDesired Settlement: I only want to receive the rest of my order. I don't want to have to call Stryker for updates. I want Stryker to be honest when I do call them for updates. I want Stryker to return my phone calls. I want Stryker customer service reps who legitimately care about the service they provide to the customer (the one I got each time I emailed and called didn't seem to care at all). I want Stryker to list on their website all customer review information including dates of the review. I want Stryker to not offer free 7 day shipping when they know shipping will not occur for at least 14 days at a minimum. I want Stryker to tell their customers when their items are on extended backorder. All other online businesses I deal with (amazon, bass pro, cabelas, etc...) do this. I would like an apology for my inconvenience from Stryker. I would like a discount or extra accessories for my troubles.
