I selected this company primarily based on the reviews I read on this site, so I hope my review does the same for someone looking for an outstanding carpet cleaning service. My carpets are 23 years old and have withstood the time of children, their friends, and a dog. David B[redacted] came to our home and looked at all areas to be cleaned - a large living area, hallway, and master bedroom as well as our entry way which is a stone tile with grout. He was very professional and knowledgable. I did not expect miracles. For example, our well traveled hallway was not going to miraculously look new when he was finished. I will say that this is absolutely the best carpet cleaning I have had done on these carpets. I was pleasantly surprised at how good they looked once he finished and also now two full days later. David took his time, and clearly did the very best he could to extend the life of my carpeting even longer. This was my first experience with having my stone tile floor professionally cleaned, and it also looks great. David explained a lot of do's and don'ts with the cleaning of different flooring, and this was also helpful. I don't think carpeting is necessarily made with the same quality as it was years ago, which is the number one reason why I hesitate to replace my high quality carpeting. David's work made the decision to keep my carpeting a few more years much easier because the carpet looks really good.

He took his time and made sure that things were not only done correctly, but he went above and beyond in making sure that some stains that other carpet cleaning companies weren't able to remove were taken care of. David was also helpful in explaining the process he used to remove these stubborn stains. I will definitely use Earth Pro Clean in the future for my carpet and tile cleaning needs.
