The allegations of Mr*** are not supported by the facts related to this matter. The contract for majority of the unpaid work was signed in January and, as stated by Mr***, “the barn got finished in March of this year.” Further, the controlling contract does not
specify an end date. Any of the issues relating to Mr***’s cattle were the direct result of Mr***’s own inactions or factors beyond our control. A reasonable person in a similar situation would find alternative means for the beef cattle rather than keeping the cattle in a damaged building with no protection. As this is a simple contract case wherein Mr*** breached his duty, we prefer to utilize the proper avenues to resolve this matter rather than dealing with continuous unsubstantiated allegations. He made the comment he would turn us in to the Revdex.com if we didn’t drop agree to his terms so he could avoid legal action and he wanted his bill to be zero There are a lot of other factors involved related to this project that Mr*** hasn’t explained due to the availability of drawings, materials, etc..
