Hired Rudy last year to build my outdoor patio with a 20x15 patio connected with a gable roof! Huge job and it looks AMAZING! We spend a lot of time out there! This year after finding a cheaper contractor to do my kitchen job I fired that guy and begged Rudy to come out and fix the mess that guy started. Rudy finished it beautifully. His workers are professional the work is clean! I recommend Structure Builders to everyone and won't go chance going with anyone else!
I used Structure Builders for a major remodeling of my home and they did an outstanding job. Rudy and Lee were always responsive to my questions and requests. The team (Tony and Coco) was fast and efficient and the quality of their work was excellent. I highly recommend them and will use them again.
I needed a lot of work done to sell my house. Old wood Replace and the whole house painted. Front porch entrances had uneven Decorative braces that he replaced with cedar and made all the differences in the world. My fence was replaced and gates made sturdy with hinges the I could lock on either side. Jose, Cocoa, and Tony where great guys the did excellent work. My house looks brand new with the work they did. I would defiantly recommend them for any building or remolding job.
The business' agent, ***, negotiated a contract which the business would not honor. *** collected payment in the form of a check for $2725. *** has not returned the check for the contract which his business will not honor.
Hello, my name is *** owner of the company. Here at Structure Builders we have a process that crosses all t's and dot all our I's when we are working with a home owner and that starts with our contracts. I was brought said contract to review with the salesman that went to your home. After review I notice that contract was undersold by a large margin. After discussing contract over with salesman *** stated he had not looked up pricing for product provided by home owner so we looked up pricing together and showed him how much products where going to cost. After adding for Sink with special Sku and Faucet with special Sku and Back Splash and Level 3 counter top we Determined we would be paying customer back to render services. We all know no company can survive by paying customers to do work for them and contractor not making a single dime. Customer was called within 1 Hour of leaving his home to let him know contract would be voided and check would be returned the following day. Customer was also offered options but asked for his money back. At NO TIME WAS THE CHECK EVER DEPOSITED BUT MARKED VOID BY OUR COMPANY! Check was returned by 1 oclock pm the following day. Here at STRUCTURE we STRIVE TO BE THE BEST!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, while there are some factual innaccuracies in the business' response regarding offering options, timing of events, and the facts presented (what I was told was that they'd still make a profit, just not the size of profit they'd prefer) this matter is no longer open.
In the future, you probably should accept deposits for work you don't intend to execute against. I asked Mr. at the time he was negotiating the contract, before he originally left the house, if he needed to get the office's approval. He said no. Clearly he wasn't prepared to properly negotiate. I've taken my business elsewhere - where I am receiving the same custom work for the same pricing I discussed with Mr.

Called the morning of the 11th and was told that she did not have her calendar to schedule an appointment to come give me a quote on Hardie siding and the she would call back in an hour and of course she never did. Guess they just don't need the business. Too bad. Not very good customer service.
