I also had terrible experiences working with Structural Solutions, Shawn Yesko is certainly a liar at best and a thief at worst. I do not know why lawsuits were not more proliferate considering his business practices. Why the state has not done something about him I do not know as the state REMM inspectors all have complaints but nothing ever changes. I have pictures and statements of promises made, work never done or done incorrectly. he also tries to add 'extra' charges for repairs that his employees have broken or done incorrectly. best advice never use, get out and stop paying, anyone with enough evidence for criminal liability should do so in court.

Took my money, started the work and left my house unliveable. He is a piece of garbage and a thief. He took 135,000 of my money and filed bankruptcy leaving me homeless.

Structural solutions was raising a house across the street from my property in toms river N.J. their drivers used my lot to park and turn their trucks around on causing large ruts torn up grass ,tire tracks and dirt all over road. After numerous calls no one has ever got back to me to apologize or offer ton fix what thy tore up. This is a low class outfit and even one star is to much.

Very sad ending to what could have been a terrific experience. I will say that all of the workers were wonderful and did quality work. However, the owner Shawn Yesko has not lived up to all of his promises. When we started our project over 18 months ago, he kept in touch pretty much in a weekly basis. As the project progressed or if there was an issue he would refuse to answer. We were promised a CO by Memorial Day, which progressed to another promise of July 4th. We did not receive our CO until December. Had he been honest and told us from the beginning a realistic time frame we would have accepted it. As it stands now, we still have outstanding issues and he no longer will accept phone calls or texts. Be aware!

When we were first contacted by Ms. [redacted] in reference to lifting her house located at 120 Eileen Lane in Manahawkin  NJ, we scheduled an appointment to meet with her and discuss the house lifting process. [redacted], owner of Structural Solutions of NJ, LLC  spent several hours discussing the process of house lifting and answering questions. Ms. [redacted] paid a sum of $3,300 to Structural Solutions to obtain foundation plans and a soil boring sample. Once the plans were complete and soil boring results in, Mr. [redacted] scheduled another appointment to meet with Ms. [redacted] to review the soil boring results and plans and spent another several hours discussing the proj eet and answering questions with Ms. [redacted], her and her neighbor. After this meeting, some time passed, then Ms. [redacted] scheduled another meeting to discuss the project, this time including her son in law. Mr. [redacted] again spent a significant amount of time reviewing the project and answering questions. After this meeting, some time passed and Ms. [redacted] attempted to schedule another meeting, this time including her daughter. At this time, Mr. [redacted] declined to spend another several hours reviewing the same information and agreed to either give Ms. [redacted] her money back or supply her with the foundation plans and soil boring sample that she had paid for.
From this point forward, any attempt of Mr. [redacted] to supply Ms. [redacted] with these documents was unanswered.
Ms. [redacted] ceased to answer Mr. [redacted]'s  phone calls, nor would she answer the door when he knocked. Mr. [redacted] tried calling Ms. [redacted] for weeks at a time, 2 or 3 times per day before getting a response. Ms. [redacted] would then set a day and time fer a meeting and when Mr. [redacted] arrived, she would not answer the door. This went on for months. Multiple appointments had been set and not kept by Ms. [redacted] and innumerable phone calls and visits were made by Mr. [redacted] attempting to rectify Ms. [redacted]'s complaints. During this time, on multiple occasions, Ms. [redacted] trespassed on our nearby job site within walking distance of her house, disrupting work.
On one occasion, Ms. [redacted] walked to this job site and called our employees to stand around her while she ranted about filing a complaint with the Revdex.com, going to Fox News and filing complaints about us with the Mayor, Governor and Attorney General's offices. Ms. [redacted] insisted that the job site supervisor write down what she said so he could let Mr. [redacted] know. All of this happened 10 minutes after Mr. [redacted] knocked on Ms. [redacted]'s door, which she did not answer.
We have since mailed Ms. [redacted] her soil boring results via Certified Mail and also dropped of a check in-the amount of $2,850 to refilnd her for the foundation plans, which she attempted to refuse to accept.

Numerous customers are Mad ! Homes they started ,that they say are supposedly being repaired, still arent and have been sitting unfinished a year plus with months more to finish. Shawn cares about hos gambling issues before he ever cares about his employees, clients or subcontractors!
His employees all have complaints too.
1) clients/homeowners are mad thier homes arent being worked on or finished yet.
2) he makes employees use thier own tools but
Won't replace them when they breaks
3) he sends employees to jobs for half a day then makes them go to another job just to appease the client while get nothing completed
Refuses to pay subcontractors on time BEWARE .
Jim Cannon is only a Electrician and a liar , yet thier website lies and saying he is experienced with plumbing. Hvac, and construction, all of this FALSE!
Tell employees or subcontractors to do something but when its wrong pr shouldn't have been done , he blames it on everyone else!
