Structural Integrity

I was given this company's information by another repair company when I was looking for someone to repair the concrete over the skimmer in my spa. I called and set up an appointment to have someone come out and assess the damage and give me an estimate. We set an appointment and on the day and hour for that appointment, no-one showed. I called Jim [redacted] who sent Dale [redacted] out, several hours later to look at the job. I was told that they would draw up an estimate and sent that to me via e-mail. Two weeks later I called asking if the estimate was done. Long story short, I called three or four more times over the next two months and every time was promised by Dale that an estimate was on the way. To date I have received nothing from either Jim or Dale. My last attempt was an e-mail telling them that I was very disappointed in the lack of response that was received. This company and the two men running it have little to no respect for potential customers. If they don't want the job say so but don't keep promising and not delivering.
