below.the response from the company states he will get in contact with me to resolve this. For the past 3 months I have been told the refund check in is the mail but it has never been received. I would like to schedule a specific date to meet and prefer to get my refund back in a guaranteed way; cashiers check or money order. If they aren't able to follow through on sending out something I'm a little nervous the check will not be good.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I'm satisfied with this resolution.  I would like to have this resolved by the end of next week (March 10, 2017).  I feel it is best for them to drop it off at my home since this was the original plan decided upon back in November.  However I am happy to pick up the certified cashiers check at the businesses office.   Other than their heir response I have not heard from them in any other way to resolve.   [redacted]
