So since you refuse to update your menu when you run out of something. You rather have someone wait in line get to the counter and be told you don't have it, when all they had to do was look at the menu and see you don't have it and move on. To me that's poor customer service right off the bat. Then add insult to injury by bait and switching? C'mon now this isn't right.  My example was I wanted an iced coffee, you didn't have iced coffee. I wanted iced coffee because it's ready to go and I can have it right away. I was offered a higher priced iced Americano which I would've had to wait for. So how is that an alternative to iced coffee?Also the girl at the counter was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! She made it seem like she'd be doing me the biggest favor by offering an iced americano that I would'be have to wait for and wouldn't give me a definitive answer on when iced coffee would be available!!How can you justify that response as an excuse for scamming consumers and providing poor customer service?

run out of something for a couple of hours or even the rest of the day. With regard to selling you a different item from the menu, we hope to have all our customers leave satisfied. So, if we don't have something that you're used to getting we'll try to offer you something similar. Hope that clears things up. Thanks for coming in.
