Strongline Fence Company built the fence for *** *** Mountain *** McKinney, TX
Issue: The gate latch was installed on the wrong side, so the gate couldn't be opened to degrees Due to the slope of the driveway, it can only be opened about degrees as the bottom touches the driveway
I notified the owner Kyle about the problem on July 11, but received no response On July 23, I emailed him with a PDF file of the old gate showing where the latch was installed Finally the owner Kyle Weatherford replied confirming he would take care of the issue by July However, as of today, the problem hasn't been fixed yet I've made several attempts including emailing, calling and texting since July 27, but have not received any response yet
