We have been in this business for over 30 years and it is not our practice to not stand by our product.  There have been cracks in the drywall that we have bent over backwards to fix.  There has been an unrealistic expectation to what the drywall finishes should be. As far as the paint for...

the ceilings, nothing different was used, so I don't understand how repainting them will fix the problem.  [redacted] from USG was used for the wall and ceiling as well as [redacted].  Neither are inferior products.  We have also done work that is not in the contract that have not been accounted for.  We have unfortunately not been able to make him happy and going forward we suggest he find someone else to take on the rest of his "fixes".  There is still another $6,700 that is left, which should be more than sufficent for " a small amount of work " according to Mr. [redacted] .  He can use this to pay for the work he feels is not up to his expectations.   We apologize that we were not able to see eye to eye on this project.
