Over the course of several visits, Strongbuilt Plumbing and & LLC has gained my complete confidence and trust I began with a simple plumbing offer from Angie's list where my toilet was repaired for $ I asked for an inspection of two problems I had in the kitchen (faucet kickback of water and garbage disposal) I later had them repair both of these Next, I had them find a solution to my need for temperature zoning Strongbuilt spend an entire day analyzing my ducting system, locations of vents and applied his observations to possible solutions What I wanted was different than what they felt was appropriate, so they declined the work Finally as part of their PandA program, they came to adjust and inspect my hvac system I had two capacitors that were causing Amp overages due to failure from age and use and blocked evaporative coil
Each specialized tech gave his complete attention to and depth of detail to each problem, some of which could be resolved, and once where their integrity did not allow them to take a shortcut They are highly reputable, responsive, listen to your concerns, take the time to analyze the problem at hand I have never seen such dedication to providing the customer with possible solutions The Strongbuilt techs are all professional and go above and beyond to resolve your plumbing or hvac problem thoughtfully This is business as it should be Additionally, they have discount programs for you to consider
The last problem I mentioned, my failed capacitors, required coordination with a home warranty company, and despite the amount of time it took to answer, Rob was diligent in providing the answers they required before moving forward with the work I don't know of another company that has or would have been as diligent, whose pricing is fair and for which there are discount programs, or with techs so consistently dedicated to their trades Try them for yourself and see what a great company provides

*** the technician was very thorough In addition to the usual pressure and electrical checks he also inspected the condenser and blower squirrel cage for cleanliness and condition It was interesting that in addition to noting the pressure and electrical measurements on the service form *** took photographs of the readings For some reason I unfortunately didn't receive a copy of the service form on which *** noted three services he suggested being performed during the pre-heating season checkup
