STRONG1 BROTHERS LTD.

Review: My company HDTV Private Limited, we are Pakistan #1 broadcasting company, we are worth close to $19 million US dollar. We purchase from Strong brand earth station equipment and technology custom built from Strong1 Brothers Limited in the US and we signed a contract for technical support and maintenance. Strong1 Brothers people do not keep promise on time delivery for the equipment, take an extra month for delivery, they promised me the delivery in 60 days, but it took the delivery time 92 days which is unacceptable, I lost a lot of business at that period of time. I signed a contract with this company and paid them one and a quarter million dollars for this technology and equipment. We paid them advanced, but they do not keep the promise for delivery. That's my complain, the technology is excellent, but the delivery timing is lousy.Desired Settlement: I am looking for apology of free technical support. For my uplink satellite earth station, and Strong's encoding, decoding, and include radar traffic system. I am looking forward to receive this apology and service. thank you.
