gambling operation and possessing a illegal firearm while being a felon) contacted us to purchase vending machines. We DO NOT sell, service, or supply vending machines. He called us very angry and ranting about us not wanting to sell him vending machines, two other people heard this and became very afraid of his threats, I was not one of them. Having previously worked for Federal law enforcement I was less than impressed with his yelling and threats, however it is a very compelling testimony to this person character. He also went on other sites calling the me the owner a drug addict (possible civil tort action pending for defamation, and possible financial loss due to malicious claims) which could not be further from the truth, I do not use drug, illegal or prescription, nor am I an alcoholic as he also claimed the same day he filed with the Revdex.com.In our opinion he is acting in a fashion that has led us to believe he is an emotionally disturbed individual. Also, we have current tax records to show our filings. Regardless, this matter is irrelevant as we do not sell vending machines and this person has not had any business dealing with us.

Review: I called Strong Student Lawn Care to get an estimate for my lawn. They told me $40 per lawn mow so I agreed and set an appointment. They came and mowed my lawn, when I wasn't home, and told my son it would be $75. He didn't know any better and paid them $75. I was upset to find this out but I let it go until a week and a half later I realized they did not bag the cut grass and it has turned into brown mush on my lawn. I called into complain to [redacted], the manager, and see if he would try to fix the problem and he just told me that they "would try to stop by and take a look but they have too many customers to keep track and can't make and promises." Then abruptly hung up on me. He hasn't done anything about it or try to contact me.Desired Settlement: I want them to come and clean the browned grass on my lawn.

Review: I have two complaints:

1) The owner of this company advertises products and services on [redacted] without any actual intent to sell them. When I emailed and called to purchase the items, he chose instead to hurl racial insults and call names, rather than facilitate the sale, even though I am a 100% american with ZERO accent. He simply and stupidly judged me by my last name. He failed to deliver the product advertised, in spite of my best efforts to buy it and pay him.

2) I am concerned that he is operating from his home without a proper business license, zoning permit, or tax permits. I have also learned he pays his employees under the table, without proper tax withholding. I suggest the Revdex.com look into his illegal business.Desired Settlement: 1) I seek an apology for the unprofessional behavior, and wish t finish the purchase I started with him.

2) I ask the Revdex.com to ensure his compliance with all legal requirements for a business operating in [redacted], or correctly report that you have been unable to verify he is legal.
