We have not heard back from Unlimited windows yet to fix the problemIt is now spring again and with warmer weather we will not be able to tell if the problem is fixed

We have spoke to Unlimited Inc's territory representative and he has made us aware that *** has spoken to *** ***Stromberg Windows & Doors, LLC and Unlimited has done everything they can do for the customerThey do not believe there is a leaky window issue after replacing the glass with a higher pane glass (triple pane) and again the window was reinstalled, re insulated and re-set for freeAt this point there is nothing more we can do to make the customer happy with the product installed per our factory's recommendationsStromberg Windows & Doors, LLC
