Refund has not been received
I took my daughter in to have surgery 6/30/I already paid my deductible to the surgeon, who told me to make sure crestwood knew that, which we did, we were told right before the surgery that we would have to pay $300+ or they would have to reschedule our surgeryMy wife expressed to them we already paid but that didn't matterIt's been months since then and they still haven't issued a refundI call and they say yes we see your getting a refund but don't know why it hasn't been issuedI've called multiple times and get the same responseI called today and received the same responseFor the record, the customer service reps have always been polite and seem like they're trying to help but enough is enough

I went to Crestwood Hospital's emergency room on 8/and 8/21/When checking out each morning, the clerk told me that I owed them $each time, and I paid them a total of $for both visits They filed my insurance and I found that I overpaid them and they owed me $ After calling them several times since August, they have credited my credit card for only $of what they owe me They still owe me $ Each time I called them they acknowledged that they owed me the money, but I never saw any results until I told them I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com That was when I got the $back Why they did not refund the total amount, I have no idea I would like the balance of what they owe me--the $ This is the most irresponsible business practice I have seen in a hospital that is supposedly a reputab

Crestwood Will Not Correct Paperwork
I went to Crestwood ER on September 29,with a work-related injuryThere were many patients waiting that day and I was one of the patients that was chosen to be put on the "fast track" to see the nurse practitioner on duty as the ER doctors were busyI told everyone who asked how I was injured with the same descriptionWhen I picked up the paperwork needed, the nurse practitioner had created an entirely different explanation for my injuryI filled out a form to have the description correctedI have a time sensitive deadline to provide this paperwork to workman's compIt has been nine days since I completed the paperwork so I went to Crestwood todayI was told that nothing was done as what the nurse practitioner wrote was what I had told herMy wife was with me in the ER and heard how I was hurt several timesAnd the Crestwood report does not match my report of how I was injured

cannot get a refund of money that was overpaid on a recent surgery
I had surgery on 10/13/ At that date they told me that I would $after insurance I paid that amount that day My insurance was processed on 10/21/and after they paid my balance owed to Crestwood was $ I have called the business office at Crestwood times now to get my refundThe first time was on 12/and I did not get the name of the person that I spoke with The second time was on 1/and I spoke to *** who said to call back within weeks if I had not received my refund The third time I called I spoke with *** again and she said she was sending an email and requesting a follow up She also said that they were using a new billing or accounting system which may have caused the delay *** was very professional and helpful but I think her hands are tied in getting any kind of resolution I am trying this route to get my refund of $back I hope and pray that I never have to go

I have been paying my bill, stopped getting bills, thought it was paid Then I got a collection notice
I was hospitalized at this facility I owed 700- Not sure of exact amount I set up payments I made my first payment in July of I paid in Aug., Sept, Oct, Nov.and in Dec I moved and the billing was late so I paid in Jan, feb All of the payments in Aug - Feb were more than the payment amount set up I didn't get a statement in March so thought it was paid then I got a late notice So I paid another on 4/2/ This made a total of that I had paid on the bill and no other bills have been received This was about what I owed so I thought nothing of it until I received a collection notice on 6/26/ I called the billing department at Crestwood Hospital and left a message and said I would like to speak with someone and I would like to pay them directly and that I didn't realize there was an amount owed No one has returned my call

I had a medical emergency while out of state, my insurance company said they would pay Crestwood, however they refused to file
In I was out of state and had to go to Crestwood for a medical emergencyI was very unwellThe staff was friendly, however, at the end of my visit I was told that they would not accept my insurance, but I insisted they file it because my insurance company said that they WOULD pay it AS LONG AS THE HOSPITAL ITSELF FILED ITI have state funded Medicaid, I have made numerous attempts to rectify this with the billing department over the course of the past few years, they claimed I had to self file or would take my insurance information and tell me I would receive a call back, but the call back never happenedEventually they sent my account to collections and I am constantly harassed for medical debt that is not my fault, it is the billing departments for not accepting my insurance for AN EMERGENCY, which they are required to bill my insurance for
