Review: On October **, 2013 I returned an order of strivectin in the original boxes with the pink RMA slip on the outside of the box as requested. The order was placed on October *, 2013, well within the 30 days to return the product. Today is December * and still have not been credited to my visa. I have spoken to 3 customer representatives since November 8 and every week after, including email correspondence and all I get is" this is an unusual circumstance." What?????????? Have they never processed a return?????? I followed the directions correctly, returned all free samples and mailed the box with the shipping slip. The last time [redacted] emailed me she wrote it was turned over to the sales manager who escalated the return to the accounting department. I should never have to be so inconvenience for a credit to my account. This is going on 2 months and my satisfaction level is not very good.,Desired Settlement: ASAP

Review: Strivectin has advertised on their company website for their inner circle account service as follow:
"Earn points toward free StriVectin products or save on a purchase with a Cash Reward.* $1 spent = 1 point earned. Rewards start at 250 points! Discover more ways you can rewards yourself. "
I opened an inner circle account in 2012 after reading their advertisement, and have spent $1,832.89 through this account. However, I noticed that my inner circle points is stuck at 992 points, and I have not earned any additional points for any of my new purchases. When I noticed this problem, I have made several contacts with their customer service, but the issue remains. The very last complaint I made was on 10/**/14 with their customer service via both telephone and email. The customer service representative (name can be provided upon request) advised me that she examined my account with her supervisor and confirmed that I am eligible for at least 712 additional points, which will bring my total inner circle points to 1,704. She further explained that the adjustment will be reflected in a few days. However, even as of today (two months later), my inner circle points still has not been adjusted, and my follow-up contacts with them are simply ignored.
I am extremely disappointed for:
1. their failure to honor contract/advertisement
2. their poor customer serviceDesired Settlement: I would appreciate the following solution:
1. honor their contract/advertisement by reflecting the correct points on my inner circle account immediately
2. an apology or an explanation on what happened
