reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The company representative was (I believe) sincerely apologetic which was a courtesy the manager refused to acknowledge.  I would also appreciate being apprised of the extent to which this issue is addressed in regard to the manager whose words and acts towards me were incorrigible.Thank you very kindly for addressing this issue.
