on 8/3/we received a work order through [redacted] to look at several appliances in the home of [redacted] , one of those appliances was the refrigerator We looked at the unit and diagnosed the unit as needing a defrost heater and water filter The technician returned on 8/11/to install the heater and filter ,he found that the old filter had muddy water in it and then found the water line was crimped behind unit He advised the customer that [redacted] would have to send out a plumber to install a water line and we also contacted [redacted] with our findings We then left customers home with having satisfied our repairs and advised [redacted] about the plumbing issue On 8/14/the customer called [redacted] and stated the unit was not keeping temps the customer set up appt with us to return on 8/24/, we returned and found the unit to be cooling good and no issues with the work we performed and nothing was mentioned about water line from the customer at that time , we assumed the issue was taken care of This is the first time we are hearing of this , Our technician did Nothing wrong and is not at fault for the customers water line , Again she needs to speak with her warranty company as a plumber needs to be the company to install a water line Thank You AA Dependable Appliance
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The response from the company is inaccurate The technician moved my refrigerator and admitted he damaged the water line He ran to my basement to turn the water to my refrigerator off I even had [redacted] on the line when he admitted he broke the water line the second time he returned to my homeThis is the fault of AA Dependable The technician stated that this was an easy fix and he would've fixed it but he didn't want to because it would be a difficult job [redacted] doesn't get involved with secondary damage caused by the technician The technician is telling his company something totally different from what really happened This is NOT the first time they are hearing of thisI have made several calls to the company to ask to speak with a manager The manager refuses to speak to meRegards, [redacted] ***
