At this time, I have been contacted directly by Carparts.com regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: When I initially contacted the company- they offered $for the inconvenienceI told them no- then contacted Revdex.comThe part and shipping alone were more than that, let alone the paint jobI received an email after contacting Revdex.com, saying they had credited my account by $So indeed they did contact me and did give me $back, but did not address the issue In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

These people sent me the wrong part and refused to at least send the correct part faster than days it was their mess up not mine they did nothing to correct it I spent two and a half hours on the phone as well if not more and got absolutely nowhere I gotta run around from every single one of their customer service people and supervisors basically told me oh well it will be there when it gets there and not a minute sooner

We recently received a complaint filed with the Revdex.com by [redacted] stating that [redacted] placed an order for an out of stock item and was inadvertently charged [redacted] notified U.SAuto Parts of the issue on February **,and a refund was immediately processed to her on the same day U.SAuto Parts believes this matter has been resolved Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at the number below
