These people sent me the wrong part and refused to at least send the correct part faster than 5 days it was their mess up not mine they did nothing to correct it I spent two and a half hours on the phone as well if not more and got absolutely nowhere I gotta run around from every single one of their customer service people and 2 supervisors basically told me oh well it will be there when it gets there and not a minute sooner

  Customer service told me there was a system glitch and when I ordered the part it clearly stated Window regulator for 2014 chevy cruze. I would have not ordered something that wasn't for my vehicle. You may want to fix your website then.
