For starters, I am a Marine Corps veteran and this company knows this because they have seen my DDto give me their 10% discount, and so this is how they appreciate veterans I was talked to with an attitude by their customer rep over the phone despite being extremely nice and respectful and was also ignored by their product support team over the defective productI was not given a paid return label to return this defective product (something that wasn't my fault)After paying $to return it to them, when I did finally receive my refund weeks later, it was short of the shipping I paid for it to get to meSo I had to pay for both shipping the item to me and returning it back to Strike Industries despite it being a defective product? This isn't a fair practice and you should have to pay for it with a ding on your reputation if you're going to be that cheap I have many pictures I had taken of it to prove the product was not made to spec, as well as my receipt for the shipp
