We are in possession of your letter dated August 9th in regards to case ***. I have attached it for your reference. The customer has stated that they have not received a refund. I apologize as I failed to attach the charge-back debit advice we received from Merchant Services on 7/10/17. I have attached it to this email. We did not challenge the charge-back so we believe there is no grounds for a financial dispute between the customer and Strike FC Wisconsin. The customer may have a dispute with their financial institution if their account has not been credited. In our original response we discussed at length why a volunteer-based organization such as ours may take significant time in processing a refund, especially during this time of the year. We also detailed steps we have taken to improve in the future. We have had refund requests on over Select Soccer registrations this summer. We are pleased with this very small number (.4%) of requests. At this time we consider this matter resolved and closed.Sincerely,*** ***
