I have emailed them several times on how to return this band and I have not received a response.

Their bands are faulty on their devices. I ordered this new band because mine broke after having the device less than a month.Luckily, I won the device at a ball game so I didn't pay for it. I ordered a new band and then the device broke and slipped off my wrist at a public event and is lost. I no longer have a device for the band I ordered and need to return it. I don't plan on buying another device as I feel they are not well made and fall apart too easily. I just want to return the band and get my money back. All I am asking for is return instructions so I can get my money back. Two emails to customer care in the last week and have received no response.
