Strickland Group

Review: I called this company which was at the time [redacted] and Associates since then has changed names to Strickland Group. I spoke with [redacted] back in the summer and he told me that they could handle our collections for us and the first year we would be charged 15% of whatever they collect and if it went into the 2nd year it would be 25%. I sent over a spreadsheet with customers who owed us money. Sent emails and no response. In January 2015 I received a call from a gentlemen who told me that [redacted] was no longer with them however, they did collect from one of our customers and they would be mailing a check the middle of January for a little over 1200. I told him that amount didn't sound right as the bill was for 1670 and that's not even 15%. He said that he would look into it and for me to give them a call back, which I did and no answer. The middle of January came and the end I sent a letter to the [redacted] address and it was returned to us for Unable to Forward. I've left messages on the phone and still have not heard a word from anyone. My customer has called us since I sent her info to another collection agency and told me that she paid them $1124.00, which is different than what they told me they collected. Her check was made out to [redacted] Not sure who they are.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive the $1124.00 that our customer has paid to them or someone on their behalf as they are the only company we contracted with at the time she paid the money.
