Review: On their website, this company has posted the following warranty: "100 % Satisfaction GuaranteeWe back our product up with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you do not like our product for any reason, return them to us and we will reimburse you for the full amount of the original order and shipping costs, plus your return shipping charges provided you tell what it costs to ship the stretcher bars back to us." But when I returned the product to them they did not refund the full amount nor did they reimburse the shipping fees. I paid $125.54 for the product and shipping fees both ways, but the company refused to reimburse the full amount. I received only $67.29, leaving me with an out of pocket cost of $58.25. [redacted] has been rude and unresponsiveDesired Settlement: The company owes me $58.25 which represents the balance of the monies as stated in their warranty, posted on their website.
