Your fence was installed by removing pavers and post installed directly into the the patio base Concrete was then installed on top of your patio around each post causing weight distribution and pulling of the structure of patio and settling issues to your steps and paversYou also had another contractor put pavers back in place improperly after fence was installedOur contract that you signed , clearly says: Any repairs made to any installation by any party other than Country Gardens voids any warranties offered by Country GardensThis was added to our contracts for the reasons and the complaints you haveOur warranties are for years, This is the standard held by ICPI and our industry practicesOur work over the years and practices with each customer is held in high standardsWe look forward to helping resolve your issues and believe that our contract should be held in honor and legal as stated We also believe this could of been avoided and was a mis-use of customers freedom of the Revdex.com and Angie's List , Once again , I am sorry for your mistaken and bias views of our company Sincerely , [redacted]
