I am very disappointed in your product, it does not work as good as advertised, I would gladly return this product, and request a refund, but I doubt if your company would consider this

We bought this product with high hopes but to our complete disappointment the product does not work at all I tried on all shape and sized bowls and none work and the one time I thought I got it and pressed it down to seal it, the seal broke so everything they advertise is the charge you seperate shipping to get it to you at $then we have to pay to send it back, so $for nothing but headache

I never even received my order. Called the 888 number and its no longer available. What do I do now? Spent $14 for the product and $11 for shipping. Nothing. Never dealing with them again.
