Beware this store and it's products! I bought two leather chairs here, close to $The chair arms stitching was pulling apart before a year was upTheir cs, when it came to look at the chairs, said one chair had dry rot and both chairs needed the mechanics replacedIt then took more than a year to replace both arms and the mechanics twice in the one chair and once in the other chairOn the last service call, I pointed out the seat in the chair also had dry rot, yet this company refuses to replace or rectify them selling me defective goodsThe cs is horrible, they would never call when a part was in, They would wait for me to call, and then it would be weeks before an appointment could be scheduled for service They always forgot to order something and the whole exact scrwould happen again and againAs it stands now, I have one chair with a dry rotted seat and broken mechanics again! This company does not stand behind their product and has horrible customer service!!!
