When someone goes to apply for a property before they apply they receive a set of criteria upon which their application will be decided on. fee - Each applicant/co-signer 18 and over must pay an application fee." If Mr. [redacted] knew he didn't meet the criteria he should not have applied. If Mr. [redacted] did not accept the requirements and did not want to pay the application fee's, he should not have applied. My company is charged for every credit/background check that is run. As explained to Mr. [redacted] he did not qualify after completing the applications. I would encourage him to read this kind of information in the future prior to submitting an application as to not waste his time or money.
