Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: To date I have not seen any refund I also disagree with the statement that I demanded services outside the agreement After the company was more than hours late (missing two estimated arrival times, both with no calls to me) I was told that I would need to provide boxing materials or be charged "6x their cost" Per the attached e-mail quote/agreement, all materials were to be provided The company changed the terms of our agreement without warning and then have attempted to cover that fact up, citing untruths about how they were spoken to instead Sincerely, [redacted]

This customer was very nasty, calling our employees names over the phone and demanding services outside of our agreementUnfortunately we decided to cancel the move if fear for safety of our representativesThis customer has since been credited bank his money in full

To date I have not seen any refund.  I also disagree with the statement that I demanded services outside the agreement.  After the company was more than 2.5 hours late (missing two estimated arrival times, both with no calls to me) I was told that I would need to provide boxing materials or be charged "6x their cost".  Per the attached e-mail quote/agreement, all materials were to be provided.  The company changed the terms of our agreement without warning and then have attempted to cover that fact up, citing untruths about how they were spoken to instead.
