Streichs Cake and Candy Supply

I ordered mid November have not received my order and have emailed them multiple times and they have not responded. There have been no updates on my order. They were real quick to take my money though. I will never order from there again and will try to get them to return my money. Do not order from there. This is my first time ordering and I wish I saw these other complaints before I ordered.

Never received my order, tried to contact them several times via e mail since phone was not listed. They never answered. It has been exactly 2 months.Never again, What a joke.

Sent two of my custom molds to Steve to re-create. Kept promising he was working on them. Stopped responding to emails. No legitimate phone number. Believe all reviews you find online. Crooked as the day is long. Keeps your custom molds. Thief! Stay far far away. Cannot leave review without giving 1 star.

Horrible products, communication, and customer service! We ordered many custom thermoformed chocolate bar molds from this company, and there were issues with at least half of them. When I communicated this to the company, they began an "investigation", but then stopped communicating with me. I made DOZENS of attempts to communicate via phone and email, with no response from the company. To this day, I am unable to use the molds I paid for, and I have not received any refund or replacement products. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a Snoopy/ Woodstock Candy Mold from Streich's Cake & Candy Supply about the item being damaged! I've contacted them 2-3 times and haven't heard from them, it's been about 2 weeks!!!
