We have responded to this situation already we did say that although the warranty has expired thru our company we are still willing to go and get this situation fixed on the condition that the electrical problem that they have at their home gets fixed firstWe have NO PROBLEM going and trying to get that gate running great .please let us know on that situationWith best intentions [redacted] Iron Works

I am rejecting this response because: The witten information by *** Iron Works is in somewhat on the part he is stating in reference to the manufacturer warrantyOnce the job was completed and tested the remotes and the key pad to be sure it was working properly as far as gate closed and opened which it was...no mentioned to me or my husband (Mr *** ***) who was there at the time I agreed to hire HIW and when the installation of the iron fence was completed that I had to register the manufacturer warranty Through out the past months of communication by phone and text messaging with Mr *** ***, HIW, not one word mentioned to me if I had registered the warranty with the manufacturer companyAt times he did response to my phone calls & text messages to check out the problem that we were having with the gate as I mentioned in my first statement but there were times he would not respond or show upAgain I would continously text message him as to when this issue will be resolvedHe mentioned to me he had taken the computer board to *** which is the manufacturing company to be fixed but it was taking longer than what he expectedAgain no mention of asking or telling me about the manufacturing warranty if it had been registeredAs far as the year warranty with HIW..I feel he was prolonging the issue because it was getting close to the end of the warrantyI totally feel Mr *** *** with HIW is reliable in refunding our money back so I can get some one else to fix the gate that was installed at *** *** *** ...This has become a major problem for my year old dad and brother who has back problems to pull open/close gate manually which is causing health issuesYes my sister (*** ***) decided to replace with an electrical outlet to have it work by a plug because the solar gate was not working & the family was getting frustrated: but when I found out it still was not working...I had Mr *** *** to place back the solar which he agreed & get it to work which he was not successful to do soAs of today he still has the computer board which is the property of *** *** *** unless he refunds total amount we paidI do have all text messages that he sent me in response to my complaint but unable to copy & attach to this complaintBut if I need to forwardI will do so Like to also mention..the letter written by H I W, its written as if I had been in communication with someone in HIW officeThe only person I dealt with was only directly to Mr *** *** by phone & text messages Sincerely Mrs *** ***

As per our conversation earlier today, I, *** ***, have not received any communication from *** Iron Works as to when the company will do the repairs to the iron fencing sliding gate at the residential *** *** St., *** *** ** *** which is suppose to work with solar power *** motor by using remotes & security kep pad to open & close gateLast response received was from Revdex.com dated 09/20/As of today, we are still having to pull gate to close & open manually which is a problem for my year father & my brother who has back/both hands disabilities.As of June 14, 2016, *** Iron Works still have in their possession is the circuit panel which Mr *** *** was suppose to have taken to the manufacturer company, Apollo, to have it repaired.Please let me know what other steps to take as far as *** Iron Works refunding full amount of $which I paid in full or get this gate fix to where it works properly

I am rejecting this response because: I want in a new written contract with [redacted] Iron Works with the terms listed below. 1. When can we expect the repairs get started by [redacted].2. Communications will always be made by phone or text to Mrs. [redacted])[redacted] from [redacted] during the time the repairs are being worked on at the residential [redacted] and the status.3. I want the Sliding iron gate to be able to work using the Solar panel; able to open/close using the remotes & the security key pad as originally signed & paid for.4. Once the repairs are completed,  I, Mrs M [redacted] & [redacted] will be in attendance to be sure its tested & working properly. 5. Requesting to purchase 4 additional remotes as previously requested & willing to pay . 6. I would like to request an extended warranty from [redacted] Iron Works. Reason for this: Because of past problems of the sliding iron gate not working properly after a few weeks even months after the gate was installed, repaired a few times. I want to be assured ones [redacted] makes these repairs, I would not have to contact them again that we are having problems again with the sliding gate. Also, the dishonesty & lack of communication by [redacted].I do appreciate that Mr [redacted] with [redacted] willing to correct the problem to satisfy his customer but at the same time, for the money we invested on this iron sliding gate, I want 100% guarantee that we will not have any other issues with this gate.If for some reason, Mr [redacted] with [redacted] disagrees with the the above terms, all I ask is a full refund ($4000.00) & this will end the customer & [redacted] relationship  and any future contacts regarding the Iron sliding gate that was originally installed at [redacted] on June 26, 2015 with Solar power [redacted] motor & security key pad.Would greatly appreciate your cooperation in resolving this matter.Mrs [redacted]

Goodmorning this in response to id [redacted] on 06/15/15 [redacted] iron works was hired to fabricate and install 50' of iron fencing with a sliding drive in gate with a solar power panel. This job was finished within 2weeks  [redacted] gave Mrs. [redacted] two remote controls and checked the gate...

opening and closing it several time with no problems he gave her the paper work and warranty papers . I mentioned to her that [redacted] gives 1year warranty on the fencing and the manufacturer for the motor will give 5years she just has to register it  with the paper work I gave her she understood and said ok . About a month later she called say her fence was not right so I went over adjusted her iron gate and again no problem then I believe it was her sister that called me very upset that she never liked the solar panel powering the gate operator I said ok the o my other way to power it is electrical but advised her that I could not run electrical wiring from the house to the gate that she needed a licensed electrician she the told me that she will do it . We met again I'd say about 4days later she told me the electrical part was done by who I do not know I then installed a power converter to gate operator  again checked the gate opened and closed it several times no problems she told everything is fine and thank you at that point Mrs [redacted] showed up and was upset of the changes they finally agreed to it . Now about three months later Mrs [redacted] calls [redacted] that her gate is not working I did set up a time to go but wasn't able to make I called her and set up another time I apologized saying I might not have made it that day but I always show up for repairs  so I show up check the gate operater and find wires unplugged and adjustment were move I asked if someone was messing with this and ofcourse she said no . I sat everything back the way it was and realized it was not getting any power to it  I started trouble shooting to find out that her home had some type of electrical short we would plug in her tv and it would trip the breakers causing not to have power to tv or operator she knew about it and said she would get it fixed I told her I can't do anything until that is fixed  she never called back telling me it was fixed or not and that's where we are now and as [redacted] warranty has expired on the iron fence but the manufacturer warranty I'd still good depending if she registered it like I advised we are more than happy to help her depending on warranty status and if the electrical issue is fixed thank you [redacted] -- [redacted]
