My experience with StreetScape has been one wrought with their inability to achieve anything they have promised to accomplishFrom our closing walk through and having nothing achieved on the agreed upon task list to now living in the building for months and STILL nothing has been accomplished on not only our personal punch list, but our neighbors and the general common areasThey continually undermine, lie, over-promise or just don't respond to our requests at allThey have now moved on to building a new development and I fear that we will not have any of our building's work completedIf you work with this company beware of their tactics, as it will be a bumpy road

My experience with company has been exactly the same. I've never seen a company that will look you straight in the eye and lie to you. When you call them out, they make you feel like you're in the wrong. When you call them out again, they get angry with you. Beware of this company.
