I purchased a couple of neon under body kits for my vehicle a very long time ago. I purchased the "Gold Series" line as it claims it has a lifetime warranty. In the pass, I was able to call in, get an RMA and get my product replaced. Many, many years later, I attempt to get a few things replaced and I get excuses as to why I can't get them replaced. They claim now, that their product requires installation from a professional in order to qualify. But when I purchased the product, in bold red letters it said "Professional Installation Recommended" not Required as they are not stating. So they bait and switched the rules for the warranty. The product comes with 4 neon bulbs, the transformer to light the neon tubes and the hardware to install the neon tubes under your car. I also mentioned that one of my transformers no longer work, and I also get an excuse that electronics are not covered under the warranty, where I know in the past, I've gotten them replaced as well.

I'm getting too many excuses as to why they do not want to honor their "lifetime" warranty, then actual solutions. I have a screenshot of their website where it talks about the warranty.
