Review: I have used StreamTrack Media's RadioLoyalty program to listen to music through a site called TreasureTrooper.com for virtual currency on that site called "arrowheads". For no reason that I can discern, I have been banned from listening and can no longer earn arrowheads in this way.RadioLoyalty has responded to my emails with a form letter, purportedly written by a "[redacted]", which always recommends several things to avoid being banned: 1) ensure I have no spyware; 2) only have one instance of RadioLoyalty open at a time; 3) don't switch tabs while it is loading; 4) ensure my browser and Flash player are up to date; and 5) don't run any ad-blocking software. I have complied with all these items, and yet I was banned again. (I got one email saying I was reinstated, and so I listened, and after about 30 minutes, the "banned" screen reappeared.)RadioLoyalty has not given me any information to explain why I would be repeatedly banned, and instead continues to send the form letter. The process appears to be automated but also faulty, as I have not cheated this program in any way.Desired Settlement: I would like to be permanently reinstated to the RadioLoyalty program through TreasureTrooper. I would furthermore like to be able to continue to listen without the automated banning process kicking in after just 30 minutes, and if that isn't possible, I want a detailed report explaining what the system saw that previously made it ban me.
