Mr [redacted] initiated a warranty return for repair...Unfortunately, he sent the unit to the wrong address...An address that we have no command over...I spoke to him through email, and more recently over the phone to help address the situation...Mr [redacted] was confrontation accusing me and StreamSmart of not wanting to warranty the device...I tried to explain that he shipped the device to the wrong place and he promptly hung up on me...He finally, after he had been asked in every email and phone call, provided me the website with the address information that he used...I contacted that person and retrieved his device, fixed his device, and sent it back to him, all in the same day...He should be in receipt of his warrantied unit as of the writing of this response
