Streamside on Fall River

My wife and I booked a one night stay at streamside on fall riverStreamside website said they had an indoor poolThe one bedroom suite we rented showed a private hot tubAfter driving miles with two children we find that not only is the pool inoperable, so is the hot tubThe hot tub is not private, and the pool hasn't been operable in yearsThis is a definite case of advertisingWhen I complained to the manager she said I am sorryWell, so am II am sorry I ever went there, and I will never go back

While we were checking out, I was trying to be courteous and let them know about a few things that was wrong with the roomThere were nails sticking up out of the carpet, of the jets were not working in the hot tub and a few other minor thingsWhile speaking with them, the gentleman yelled back and stated that there could not be any nails sticking up out of the carpet because it was new carpetWhen trying to talk to them about the jets in the hot tub, again he yelled and snapped back at me and stated that it was "Operator Error" as the hot tub had been previously checked and was in good working order
