This merchant requested in writing to be closed on October 17th and was, see enclosed pdf We have no such request back in May as was mentioned in her letter We require any cancellation to be in writing and match the signature and name with the owner of the business for obvious reasons Our records here are also all signed by a [redacted] , not [redacted] This merchant has been processing with POS Card Systems since 2009, and we're provided a free piece of equipment back in November of To date we have not received our free equipment back, valued at $495, see enclosed Rental Agreement Their complaint listed the Purchase Date as May of this year, and that is incorrect by about years obviously When [redacted] spoke to [redacted] here in the office, [redacted] informed her she would research and put in a request to get her annual PCI fee and monthly fees reimbursed This request was approved and the ACH is already in transit to the merchant as I type this response I strongly disagree with this individuals assessment of her dealings with POS Card systems, now Streamline Payments We did our best to rectify the complaint and did so quickly I'm copying [redacted] on this email in hopes she will Ship our free loaner equipment in working order back to: Streamline Payments Ormsby Station Road, Suite 150, Louisville, Ky attention [redacted] ***
