Streamline Contracting

Review: I had my bathroom renovated in Sept 2013 and since the bathroom was done there was some improper work done by contractor and has a contract with me stating....LIMITED WARRANTY......Builder warrants that for a period os twelve {12} months following the final acceptance of the work by [redacted], the work performed by the Builder shall be free from any material damage or defect caused by any defective, negligent or improper work by Builder. Builder shall repair or replace, at Builders expense, any damage, defect or problem resulting from defective work performed by Builder that is discovered during the warranty period. this is part of the contract that the Builder down not want to do . I am taking him to small claims court. I don't know if you can't get some money back for the damage to my [new bathroom] please tell me what my next step would be . thank youDesired Settlement: Well I am taking this company to court so I don't know if you can get me money back, but if you can't I really would like this company to have a blemish on his business for future consumers so they might thing twice about hiring this contractor
